At Magic Farms, our produce is harvested fresh, only when nature is ready. Because of this, our shipping timelines depend entirely on the ripening and availability of the harvest. Here’s how it works:

Harvest-Based Shipping

We only ship once the fruits are harvested and ready — this ensures you get the best quality, naturally ripened produce.
If for any reason the harvest is delayed or does not meet our standards, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund—no questions asked.

Delivery Partners

We use reliable local courier services such as Porter, Dunzo, and other trusted logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you fresh and on time.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Bangalore city limits, with a focus on Bangalore East. If you’re unsure whether your location is covered, reach out to us before ordering.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are delivered typically within 24–48 hours after harvest, depending on delivery slots and courier availability.
Deliveries happen between 9 AM – 8 PM, Monday to Sunday.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on distance and weight.
In some cases, we may offer free delivery promotions on specific products or bulk orders.

Packaging & Handling

We pack every order with care to maintain freshness and protect the produce during transit. However, since we rely on third-party couriers, minor delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen logistics issues.

Order Updates & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a WhatsApp or SMS update with delivery details.
Live tracking may be available based on the courier used.

If You’re Unavailable

If you’re not available to receive your order, please inform us in advance. Missed deliveries may be reattempted, but re-delivery charges may apply.
