Return Policy – Magic Farms

 

At Magic Farms, we grow and deliver natural, chemical-free produce with utmost care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a limited but fair return policy to ensure both quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, spoiled, or not as described, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • In its original packaging (if applicable)

    • Unused and not consumed beyond a reasonable quantity for testing

    • Reported with clear photos and order details

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Produce that has been partially consumed or tampered with

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

  • Orders raised beyond the 24-hour window from delivery

  • Returns due to subjective preferences like taste or size – since natural produce varies

Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Share your order ID, description of the issue, and photographs of the item.

  3. Our team will assess your return request. If approved, we will:

    • Issue a replacement in the next available delivery cycle, OR

    • Provide a full/partial refund based on the issue.

Reverse Pickup

  • As we currently operate with local delivery partners, reverse pickup is not available.

  • If required, customers may be asked to dispose of the spoiled product safely or return it at a designated drop-off point (if available).

Refund Timeline for Returns

  • Once the return is approved, any applicable refund will be processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method or as store credit.
