Fresh Ground Nut – Undried with shell

Fresh off the ground, ground nuts grown with zero pesticides and absolutely no chemical fertilisers.

This is a heirloom variety of region which is rich in oil content giving it a distinctive taste.
The groundnut crop was inter planted with cowpeas and red-gram to ward off pests that would otherwise infest the groundnut leaves.
Fresh ground nuts is delicious when boiled with shell adding salt and spices.

An amazing evening snack, especially for a rainy evening.
You can even roast it on a pan with shell for a nice crunchy taste.
Use it within 3-4 days or dry it if you intend to store it.
