Refund & Cancellation Policy – Magic Farms

At Magic Farms, we strive to deliver the freshest, naturally grown produce from our farm to your table. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This policy outlines the terms under which you may request a cancellation or refund for your order.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed for harvest or dispatch.
  • Once the harvest is scheduled or the product is out for delivery, cancellations will not be accepted. In such cases, you may refuse the delivery at your doorstep.

Perishable Items

  • As our products are fresh, seasonal, and perishable, we do not accept cancellations or returns once the produce has been harvested for your order.
  • However, if you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or not up to quality, please report it to our customer service within 24 hours of receipt, along with photos for verification. We will review and issue a replacement or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • In case of damaged packaging, incorrect items, or spoilage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details and evidence (photos, batch info).
  • If the issue is validated, we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:
    • Products that are damaged after delivery due to improper storage.
    • Items reported beyond the 24-hour window.
    • Taste or personal preference-based dissatisfaction (we assure natural variability in farm produce).

Refund Timeline

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method or UPI/bank transfer, as applicable.
